Screw operation method

1. Do not start the machine when the barrel does not reach the preset temperature.Generally speaking, the temperature of the newly opened electric heater should reach the set value for 30 minutes before operating the screw

2. If the machine stops for more than half an hour at a time, it is suggested to close the blanking port and clean the materials in the cylinder, and set up insulation

3. Avoid foreign matter falling into the material barrel and damaging the screw rod and the material barrel.Prevent metal debris and sundries falling into the hopper, if the processing of recycled materials, need to add a magnetic hopper to prevent iron chips and other materials into the barrel.

4. Make sure that the plastic inside the feeding barrel is completely melted when using the salivator, so as to avoid damaging the transmission system parts when the screw is receding.

5, avoid screw idling, slipping and other phenomena.

6, the use of new plastic, should be the material cylinder of the remaining material clean.When using POM, PVC, PA+GF and other materials, try to reduce the degradation of raw materials. When the machine is stopped, clean it with ABS and other water inlet materials.

7. Avoid mixing POM and PVC into the material barrel at the same time. It will react at the melting temperature and cause serious industrial accidents.

8, when the temperature of molten plastic is normal, but continue to find black spots or discoloration of molten plastic, should check the screw check ring (ring, meson) is damaged.
